I stayed at a lovely hostel in Lisbon that was conveniently located near the metro station. It was only a 15-minute drive from the airport and also just 15 minutes away from the city center. Check-in was quick and easy. The hostel had a great terrace where you could enjoy your meals, and it had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The host, Anna, made you feel like a guest in her own home. They provided free towels, coffee, and soap, which was a nice touch. The hostel was perfect for adult backpackers and had a friendly and relaxed vibe. There was even a cat that added to the pleasant experience.

The location of the hostel is very convenient as it is super close to the metro station. It is located near the red line that goes directly to the airport, making it easy for backpackers like me to catch my flight. The dormitory room was also comfortable, with a fan provided to combat the heat. The hostel also has a cute cat that adds a nice touch.
The lack of 24-hour front desk service and the unavailability of the host Anna created some inconvenience during my stay. It would have been better if the host could be easily reached, especially for guests without a local Portuguese number.

The descriptions of the rooms and parking could be more clear and detailed.

Great location, very close to the airport and metro station. The fully equipped kitchen was a plus, allowing us to prepare our own breakfast.
The worst part about this place was the poor maintenance. The water taps in the bathroom and toilet were poorly fixed and felt like they could break any minute.

Stayed here twice and loved it! Beds were super comfy, rooms were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was amazing, fully equipped with everything you need, and plenty of space in the fridge. WiFi worked great too. The owner was so friendly and hardworking. The outdoor space was a GREAT place to chill out, and the friendly cat was a bonus. Can't wait to come back!

When they couldn't, they kindly allowed us to keep our reservation. Anna, the host, was waiting for us when we arrived close to midnight, adding a personal touch to our stay. The room was spacious with twin beds and a large balcony. The location was convenient, with the metro station just 200m away. it was a great value for money with good airport connections and a fair Uber price.
Nothing negative to say. 😊

Comfy bed, clean bathrooms, and a friendly owner made my stay enjoyable. The location was great, just a 2-minute walk to the metro station. There were also affordable cafes nearby. I liked that the keychain had a discount card for the local supermarket, which was a nice touch.
Late at night, some noisy guests struggled to open the entrance door, ringing the doorbell for a long time and disturbing everyone. Despite calling the service number, no one answered.

The location is absolutely amazing! It's super convenient to explore the city and catch a flight. The facilities, especially the shower room and common areas, are mind-blowing. Plus, the daily room cleaning is a nice touch! The staff went above and beyond to assist us when our plans changed, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The host, Anna, was adorable and even waited for us when we arrived late at night. The room was spacious with twin beds and a huge balcony. With the metro station just 200m away, getting around was a breeze. The airport connection was GREAT, either by a reasonable Uber ride or the metro. This well-equipped and quiet place is perfect for those who want a good night's sleep or a peaceful evening reading on the terrace. The host was super nice, and the sneaky cat that joined us was an added delight! Staying here felt like being in someone's cozy apartment, with clean and homely touches like pillows, cushions, towels. Not to mention, it's the perfect spot for easy access to the airport and the metro green line.
